CJ Classics Drilled and Slotted Front and Rear Disc Brake Conversion Kit for 1967, 1968, and 1969 Mustangs with a Manual Transmission.
Using this Drilled and Slotted Front and Rear Disc Brake Conversion Kit from CJ Classics, 1967-1969 Mustangs with a manual transmission get an all-in-one conversion process! Starting off the kit is a cast iron master cylinder that’s fashioned in a dual bowl style with a 1” bore. A dual diaphragm brake booster complements it, measured to 8” and built from steel. When combined with the cast iron reservoir, they give your factory distribution block renewed and reliable performance. With an adjustable valve included, drivers can even fine-tune the amount of pressure the rear brakes receive to deter wheel lockup.

Front and rear rotors comprise the other half of this kit, each drilled and slotted for superb heat dissipation. The front uses a pair of 4-piston calipers with the rear using a single-piston pair, both of which come in your choice of either a bare, black, or red finish. While the master cylinder reuses your factory hardware, new versions are included for the front and rear conversions. Along with pre-installed brake pads on both sides and the necessary hoses included, it makes the installation process one step easier.

- For manual transmission applications ONLY
*On 6-cylinder models, it will convert the front wheels to 5-lug.
*Rear brakes will not work with 15" steel wheels. For those wanting 15" wheels we recommend using 15" Moray alloy wheels.

Tech Tip: If the rear emergency brake cables are too short when installing, the best solution is to either extend the equalizer rod or purchase cut-to-fit cables P/N: BHS72.
Additional Notes:
- Maximum axle flange diameter of 6-1/4” to fit rotor hat.
- The smallest wheel size that is usable with this kit is a 15” wheel.
