Edelbrock Satin Off-Road 650 CFM AVS2 Series Carburetor with Manual Choke.
Edelbrock's Satin Off-Road 650 CFM Carburetor (1915) with Manual Choke is equipped with proven AVS2 technology that's been optimized for off-road applications. This Carburetor delivers superior fuel control, even on rugged territory, thanks to a new spring-loaded needle and seat. While typical carbs tend to suffer from fuel drip in off-road scenarios, a spring-loaded anti-syphon ball in the accelerator pump circuit prevents this.
Like Edelbrock's street carb, this Off-Road 650 CFM Carburetor features Annular Flow Booster technology, resulting in near-EFI-like drivability that's noticeable as soon as you step on the gas. Additionally, the AVS2 Off-Road features an annular ring with eight orifices to replace the standard single brass tube (down-leg) fuel feed. The booster ring delivers fuel into the airflow stream with an even spray that eliminates flat spots and dramatically improves throttle response in the low- to mid-RPM range without compromising top-end power.

The AVS2 Off-Road does not have any power valves that can be blown out and, therefore, is not susceptible to engine backfires. For quick and easy part-throttle tuning, you can change the metering rods and springs in seconds without carburetor removal or fuel draining. The two-piece design also allows for easy float level adjustments. Unlike your average carburetor, AVS2 Off-Road carbs are capable of "holding a tune." Performance remains consistent and reliable since tuning and adjustments stay unchanged.
Updated primary and secondary booster clusters in this carburetor provide the most accurate, up-to-date calibration available for today's fuels and octane levels. Furthermore, the unique Qwik-Tune Secondary Air Valve allows for limitless calibration of the secondary circuit.
