Hedman Mid-Length Headers are crafted from mild steel and welded by hand to ensure a smooth-flowing, CNC mandrel bent tube for your 1954-1972 Ford F-100. The long, smooth-flowing 1-3/4” tube design provides superior exhaust flow, resulting in increased horsepower and torque. The satin-black ceramic finish is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1,400 degrees F, meaning that less residual heat escapes under the hood.

Hedman’s unique gasketless ball-and-socket design means that you can bolt up to your F-100 exhaust system without worrying about a perfect alignment. The Mid-Length design keeps the header connection close to the body so that your entire exhaust can live above the frame rails. These headers are designed to work with the factory chassis and to be used with the engine located in the factory position.
