Hedman long tube headers are a high quality replacement for your 1967-1982 GM truck with a small block 283-400 engine. Each set of headers uses smooth-flowing, mandrel-bent, mild steel tubes for excellent fitment with factory profile heads and round cylinder head port shape. The Long Tube design is meant to allow your C10’s engine to breathe easily and produce maximum horsepower and torque, for upgraded performance.
