ICON Vehicle Dynamics RXT Suspension System F-150 Raptor 2010-2014

To redefine your sense of handling, this system uses 3-tube, bypass, rear coilovers. Each is fitted with a check valve that redirects hot fluid in the shocks to the reservoir, exchanging it for the cooler fluid. This lets you not only drive harder for longer but also without fear of damage thanks to the frame-strengthening clamshell brackets.

Starting in the standard configuration, the system lifts your Raptor up 3/4" over stock. An extra leaf opens the way for greater heights, offering either a 10% or 20% spring rate increase over standard. Switching between them is easy too since the shocks feature an easy-to-adjust knob that doesn’t require any tools. High-resolution bypass valves then bring noticeable fine-tune adjustments to rebound and compression no matter the spring rate you decide on.

A rear bump stop kit is supplied to help provide smooth drivability. In it lies a velocity-sensitive, hydraulic bump that absorbs more energy the faster it meets road irregularities. The result is a 20% up-travel and 30% down-travel increase all with minimal rear-end kick. Plus, by bolting the system into the factory locations without removing the bed, installation is one step easier.

Spring Rate Option 1:
- 10% rate increase over standard configuration
- 1-1/4" lift over stock
- 3/4" lift over stock w/ 300-lb constant load

Spring Rate Option 2:
- 20% rate increase over standard configuration
- 1-3/4” lift over stock
- 3/4" lift over stock w/ 600-lb constant load

- Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys - 17x8.5" w/ 5.00” backspace / 6mm offset.
- Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys - 18x9" w/ 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset.
- Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys - 20x9" w/ 5.625" backspace / 16mm offset.
- Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
- Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
- Aftermarket exhausts may need to be slightly modified for use with the system.
- Installation of the complete ICON System is required to attain advertised wheel travel. Use of any other manufacturer's components (re leaf springs, bump stop kit, shocks) will not provide advertised wheel travel and could cause unknown damage.
