The Ultimat has established itself as the original custom plush mat, and it won't disappoint! First and foremost, the Ultimat is structured to last. It's manufactured with continuous filament nylon yarn at 32 oz/yd, twice the weight of OE mats. The continuous cloth edge conforms to your vehicle's carpet and prevents unraveling. The two-ply yarn is crafted by twisting and heat-setting two pieces of yarn together into one woven tuft. This multi-ply design maximizes yarn density on the carpet face. 

The Ultimat consists of four layers of backing: polypropylene mesh, heavy latex, water-resistant material, and Tractionbac high-density synthetic rubber as a final layer of non-skid protection. The polypropylene mesh gives the tufted yarn it's texture while the heavy latex layer creates a stiff mat shape. The moisture-resistant layer resists spills and stops liquids from ever reaching the underlying carpet. A dense material with a 5/16” pile height resists wear and maximizes comfort.
