What's the secret to Lloyd Mats' elegant, velvety texture? The Velourtex Plain Rear Cargo Mat (620427) is manufactured with durable nylon yarn tufted to 20 oz/yd. The Mat looks and feels much like comparable factory products, but with up to twice the weight. In fact, the single construction provides a fuller look and feel with a lighter yarn face weight. In addition, this yarn composition creates a more consistent color appearance than other products on the market. 

The Rear Cargo Mat features multi-layer backing composed of polypropylene mesh, heavy latex, water-resistant material and Tractionbac high-density synthetic rubber for a final layer of non-skid protection. The polypropylene mesh is responsible for giving the tufted yarn its texture while the heavy latex layer creates a stiff mat shape.
