The Halo Rings were manufactured in the USA using only the most premium materials available on the market. Not to mention, Oracle uses their newest SMD driver technology so you'll get the most advanced product, even compared to previous model types. The SMD (Surfaced Mount Diode) LED is absolutely lustrous, and the drivers extend LED life by reducing the heat emitted from each individual LED.
