This alternator (47293) made by Powermaster is the perfect direct replacement alternator for your classic pickup truck! It is internally regulated with a heavy duty rectifier. Installation requires you to simply unbolt the stock alternator and bolt this new one in its place. Then run a cable from the battery to the red terminal on the back of the new alternator.
This 150 amp alternator features a classic, natural finish for an OEM look. It also comes with a v-belt pulley. A new heavy gauge wire is required by the single-wire voltage regulator in order to power the alternator. This alternator (47293) is proudly made in the USA!
