This alternator (47297) made by Powermaster is an ideal direct replacement alternator for your classic pickup truck! It is internally regulated with a heavy duty rectifier and is easy to install. Installation requires you to simply unbolt the stock alternator and bolt this new one in its place. Then run a cable from the battery to the red terminal on the back of the new alternator.
This 150 amp alternator features a classic, natural finish with a smooth look. It also comes with a v-belt pulley. The single-wire voltage regulator requires the use of a new heavy gauge wire to provide power to the alternator. This alternator (47297) is proudly made in the USA!
