This Powermaster Ultra Torque Starter is for use on Small and Big-Block Chevy engines, adding extra power and torque during starts! It's also designed for use with a 153-tooth or 168-tooth flywheel and is made in the USA.

This starter (9400) utilizes 4-position rotation and 4.4:1 gear reduction. This adds 250 ft/lbs. of torque while reducing heat build-up. It is good for engines that are built up to 18:1 compression, producing up to 3.4 HP and 2.5 KW. To help with installation, it comes with starter bolts and shims.
