This CJ Classics OE-Style Left Hand Outlet Type 339 Performance Aluminum 2-Row 250 MaxCore Radiator is constructed from aluminum to provide your 250 6-cylinder engine or non-air conditioned 302 or 351 engine with more efficient cooling than the old copper and brass radiator.

Features and Benefits:
- Direct OE-Style Fitment
- Billet Filler Neck
- Aluminum Construction
- 2-Rows of 1-1/4” Tubes
- Integrated Transmission cooler for Automatic Transmissions
- OEM Style Brass Petcock for Easy Draining

CJ Classics constructs their MaxCore radiators from aluminum with two rows of 1-1/4” wide tubes that provide efficient cooling for your Mustang. The upper and lower tanks of the radiator are styled after the original tanks and feature an OEM style brass petcock for easy draining. An integrated transmission cooler is also included with the radiator for Mustangs with an automatic transmission. This MaxCore radiator uses the factory mounting points for installation and does not require any drilling or fabrication to fit

The idea of creating a radiator from aluminum was based on using more tubes that were wider, and lowering the height of the fins. This would eliminate dead space between the tubes. The standard aluminum radiator tube width is 1”, so a typical 2-row aluminum radiator has a 2” tube-to-fin contact area per row. Compared to the typical 4-row copper radiators which had a 1.7” tube-to-fin contact area. So CJ Classiccs decided to kick it up a notch by making the tubes in their 2-row MaxCore radiator 1-1/4” wide creating a 2-1/2” tube-to-fin contact area. Greatly exceeding the performance of a copper 4-row design.

*V8 outlet adapter included.
