This Rancho (RS55118) Front RS5000X Shock Absorber is just what you need for your lifted F-100! It’s an ideal shock absorber for both work and play applications and features progressive engagement valving with a tuned compression control valve. This front shock also has an enlarged 2-1/4" twin tube body with a 5/8" nitro-carburized piston rod and a 1-3/8" sintered iron piston. Plus, it includes a protective boot designed to protect the shock rod and oil seal. Sold individually, this Rancho Front RS5000X Shock Absorber will fit the front of all 1970-1979 4x4 F-100s that have a 3" to 4" lift.
