These Rear Block Kits include two (2) 5" Tall Rear Blocks, four (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, eight (8) Nuts and Washers, and will safely lift the rear of your 2004-2020 Ford F150 Pickup Truck. This will also fit the new 2017-2020 Ford Raptor.
