The complete 2027 Ford Bronco color lineup has not been announced. Colors listed as likely returning or retiring are predictions based on currently available information and are subject to change. New 2027 Bronco Colors

Ford hasn't released the complete 2027 Bronco color lineup yet, but we already know of two new shades thanks to the introduction of the Bronco Filson. Unfortunately, both are currently tied to this premium special edition.

Field Green Metallic

Field Green Metallic is one of the first new colors confirmed for the 2027 Ford Bronco. Introduced as the signature color for the new Bronco Filson, this dark green finish looks right at home on Ford's rugged off-roader.

The color draws plenty of inspiration from the outdoors and works especially well with the Filson's brass-colored accents and premium exterior details. Compared to the darker Shelter Green Metallic found on the Bronco Raptor, Field Green has a more traditional outdoors-inspired appearance that fits the Filson theme perfectly.

Unfortunately, Field Green Metallic is currently exclusive to the Bronco Filson. We're hoping Ford eventually expands availability to other Bronco trims because this could easily become one of the most popular greens offered during the sixth-generation Bronco's run.

Iron Sands Copper Metallic

Iron Sands Copper Metallic is an even more exclusive addition to the 2027 Bronco lineup. Ford is offering the color exclusively on the Bronco Filson First Edition, which will be limited to 2,500 units in North America.

The rich copper finish is a perfect match for the Filson's outdoors-inspired styling. It's noticeably warmer than most of the colors Ford has offered on the modern Bronco and gives the SUV a premium appearance without losing the rugged look enthusiasts expect.

Unless Ford decides to expand availability later in the model year, Iron Sands Copper Metallic is going to be one of the rarest factory colors of the sixth-generation Bronco.

Returning 2027 Bronco Colors

Ford hasn't confirmed the complete standard Bronco color palette for 2027, but the Bronco RTR and Filson reveals have already confirmed several returning shades. We're expecting a few other popular 2026 colors to make the jump as well.

Avalanche

Avalanche is officially returning for the 2027 model year. Ford has already shown the new Bronco RTR finished in Avalanche, where the light gray paint provides plenty of contrast against the RTR's unmistakable Hyper Lime accents.

Avalanche was new to the wider Bronco lineup for 2026, so its return isn't much of a surprise. It's a great neutral option for owners who want something lighter than Marsh Gray or Shadow Black without going all the way to Oxford White.

Marsh Gray

Marsh Gray will also be available for 2027, with Ford confirming the color as one of the choices for the new Bronco Filson. Its dark, earthy appearance makes it a natural fit for the Filson's outdoor-focused theme.

Depending on the lighting, Marsh Gray can pick up brown and green undertones that make it far more interesting in person than the name suggests. It's exactly the kind of understated color that looks good covered in trail dust, so we're glad to see it sticking around.

Desert Sand

Desert Sand is another color already confirmed to return on the 2027 Bronco Filson. The light tan finish continues to be one of the most natural-looking choices for Ford's off-roader and fits the Bronco's adventure-ready personality extremely well.

It's a relatively subtle color, but that's a big part of its appeal. Desert Sand looks especially good paired with black wheels, off-road tires, bumpers, roof racks, and other trail-focused accessories.

Shadow Black

Shadow Black is confirmed to return for the 2027 Bronco Filson, and we'd expect it to remain widely available throughout the rest of the lineup as well. It's difficult to imagine Ford offering the Bronco without a traditional black paint option.

Shadow Black gives the Bronco an aggressive appearance and works with practically any exterior configuration. Whether you're building a clean street-driven Bronco or adding enough trail equipment to tackle serious off-roading, black is always a safe choice.

Oxford White

Oxford White is another confirmed returning shade for 2027. Ford has already listed it as an available color on the Bronco Filson, and we'd be shocked if this longtime Ford favorite wasn't offered on the rest of the Bronco lineup.

The bright white finish creates plenty of contrast with the Bronco's black trim and off-road hardware. It's also easy to customize around, making Oxford White a great starting point whether you're planning a retro-inspired build or something much more aggressive.

Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat

Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat joined the current Bronco lineup for 2025 and has continued into 2026. We think there's a good chance Ford gives the rich red finish another year in 2027.

Ruby Red fills an important role in a Bronco color lineup dominated by neutral shades. Its darker appearance feels more premium than a bright primary red while still providing plenty of color and metallic depth in direct sunlight.

Ford hasn't officially confirmed Ruby Red for the regular 2027 Bronco lineup yet, but we'd be surprised to see the only traditional red option disappear without a replacement.

Orange Fury Metallic Tri-Coat

Orange Fury Metallic Tri-Coat was one of the biggest additions to the 2026 Bronco color lineup, and we think it has a strong chance of sticking around for 2027. Ford brought the bright orange finish to several models for 2026, giving enthusiasts a much-needed alternative to the lineup's many blacks, whites, grays, and earth tones.

It would be surprising for Ford to retire such a bold new color after only one year. Orange Fury gives the Bronco a classic off-road look and stands out dramatically in direct sunlight thanks to its metallic tri-coat finish.

Shelter Green Metallic

Shelter Green Metallic has become closely associated with the Bronco Raptor, so we expect Ford to keep it around for 2027. The dark metallic olive finish fits the Raptor's military-inspired, high-performance appearance better than almost any other color in the lineup.

The arrival of Field Green Metallic does give Ford two different green options, but the colors serve very different purposes. Field Green is currently exclusive to the premium Bronco Filson, while Shelter Green remains a natural fit for the much more aggressive Bronco Raptor.

Potentially Retiring 2027 Bronco Colors

Ford regularly rotates colors in and out of the Bronco lineup, so at least a couple of 2026 shades will probably disappear for 2027. These are the colors we think are most likely to be on their way out.

Wimbledon White

Wimbledon White is our strongest candidate to leave the Bronco lineup for 2027. Ford brought this classic off-white shade back specifically for the Bronco's 60th Anniversary Package in 2026, where it paid tribute to colors offered on early first-generation Broncos.

With the Bronco's 60th anniversary celebration ending, there's a good chance Wimbledon White disappears along with the special package. It's certainly possible Ford could move the color to the Heritage Edition or another retro-inspired model, but we're expecting Oxford White to once again serve as the Bronco's primary white option.

Velocity Blue Metallic

Velocity Blue Metallic could also be vulnerable heading into the 2027 model year. Ford has rotated blue shades in and out of the Bronco lineup several times since the sixth generation debuted, and Velocity Blue has now spent multiple years in the lineup.

There's nothing wrong with Velocity Blue. In fact, its bright metallic finish remains one of the best options for owners who want their Bronco to stand out. However, Ford regularly uses color changes to keep each model year fresh, and blue is one area where the company has plenty of alternatives available.

If Ford has a new blue planned for 2027, Velocity Blue would be our pick to make room for it. Until the official order guide arrives, though, this one is purely speculation.

What's Next for the 2027 Bronco Color Lineup?

There's still plenty we don't know about the complete 2027 Ford Bronco color lineup, but Ford has already given us a few clues. The new Bronco Filson introduces Field Green Metallic and the extremely limited Iron Sands Copper Metallic, while the Bronco RTR confirms Avalanche Gray will continue into the new model year.

We're also expecting staple colors like Shadow Black and Oxford White to return, along with newer favorites like Orange Fury and Ruby Red. Wimbledon White seems likely to disappear with the 60th Anniversary Package, while Velocity Blue could be vulnerable if Ford decides to introduce another blue for 2027.

We'll update this list as Ford releases more information about the 2027 Bronco. Until then, check out our article on 2026 Bronco colors to see how the current lineup compares.
