This Rear StrongArm System will completely replace the OEM leaf springs on your C10. Lowering your pickup as much as ten inches, this kit improves handling and load capacity. This fully bolt-on unit requires no welding or fabrication. The front trailing arm crossmember in this kit is designed to allow the exhaust system to be run through it, rather than under it, providing additional ground clearance. The panhard bar mount has been relocated to optimize the bar length and angle for the lowered height, which helps to keep the rear end centered in the truck and lowers the roll center to minimize body roll. Ridetech uses R-joints on both ends of the bar and the C-notch kit is a bolt-on unit that fits over your original frame rail. Ridetech also includes new trailing arms in this kit. The Panhard bar is adjustable so you can optimize your tire clearance at the new lowered ride height. This StrongArm system is designed to work with the shockwaves or coilovers.
