Rough Country's 4" Lift Kit for 4WD F-150s will get your rig ready to take on any terrain. This kit increases ground clearance, levels the front and rear ends of your truck, and maintains the factory track width. It’s also available with your choice of lifted struts or strut spacers. The lifted struts option will help keep your ride quality smooth and features pre-loaded coils for a simple installation.

These struts also include a variable dampening system that provides outstanding handling and control despite the condition of the road. This kit is complete with either N3 or V2 Monotube shocks.
