Scott Drake Monte Carlo Bar Curved Chrome Mustang 1969-1970

This premium-quality Monte Carlo Bar (C9ZZ-16A052-BRC) from Scott Drake was originally developed by Carroll Shelby to stop shock tower flex and maintain proper wheel alignment during hard cornering. This extra support also helps prevent shock tower stress cracks.

Copied from the original design, Scott Drake's bars feature a new thicker diameter tube and improved fender brackets. This beautiful reproduction bar features stamped square holes in the top of each fender bracket to allow for the use of lower profile carriage bolts as well as a gleaming chrome finish. The curved design of Scott Drake's bar allows for extra clearance for an oval air cleaner and taller aftermarket distributors.
