SPEC's flagship Stage 3+ clutch features a full-faced clutch disc for improved drivability over the Stage 3 puck clutch. The Stage 3+ handles an amazing 671-foot pounds of torque. Once paired with SPEC's lightweight aluminum flywheel, your Focus ST will see quicker revs due to the decrease in rotational mass. The non-SAC clutch kit can obtain a greater clamping force than the stock dual mass clutch. Whether you're driving your car on the street, drag racing, road racing, rally racing, or auto crossing, the SPEC Stage 3+ can handle it all.
This clutch kit features a non-SAC (Self-Adjusting Clutch) mechanism pressure plate unlike the stock style clutch found on the 2013-2018 Focus STs. Deviating from the original design provides a lighter rotating assembly, higher RPM capability, and greater clamp load levels. The kit must be used with SPEC's specific flywheel for this application which features a lightweight, low MOI design and infinite rebuildability. Non-SAC clutch kits offer higher torque capacity than SPEC stock replacement clutch kits of equal level.
