Pair of TMI Original Style Door Panels for 1985-1986 Mustangs.
Help give your Fox Mustang's interior new life with these original style door panels from TMI. Constructed with a full ABS backing board that will not warp, as opposed to the originals which were cardboard backed in the lower sections. Cardboard often warps over time and when it gets wet, leaving your interior looking dated and worn out.
TMI's door panels are made from heavy 30-32 oz vinyl, just like the originals, and feature original style heat seam line patterns that are an exact replication of the original Ford seams. The upper panel above the chrome trim is also diamond perforated vinyl.
Door panels are completely assembled and ready to install, just transfer over your existing armrest assembly and your power or manual window mechanisms.
Includes:
-Inner window beltline (felt)
-Stainless steel door lock grommets
-Map pockets and lower carpet
*Convertibles have a taller carpet with map pockets on both doors, while coupes & hatchbacks have a shorter carpet with a map pocket only on the driver side.
*The upper portion on SVO door panels are made to match either cloth or leather seats. SVOs also use a black trim piece instead of chrome and do NOT have map pockets at the bottom of the door panels.

We're here with a pair of charcoal door panels for your 1985 and 1986 Mustang coup or hatchback from TMI. These reproduction door panels from TMI come ready to install. You simply transfer over your arm rests and your window switches and you are ready to go. It is the same 30 ounce vinyl as the original, plus the correct two different textures, carpeted bottom and a pocket on the driver's side. Moving up top, the inner belt line is already installed along with a chrome door lock grommet. Flipping it over, they feature an ABS backing, unlike your original cardboard backing which tended to warp.
