This kit will allow you to be able to stop on a dime. Even with this kit being a performance kit, no modifications are need to install this Wilwood bolt on kit.

This kit provides everything you'll need to give your 1968-1969 Mustang that big front brake upgrade. This kit features a pair of powder coated Superlite 6-piston calipers that adds the suitability of radial mounting, which simplifies adaptation and will provides adjustment to properly align the Wilwood 6-piston caliper over the disc. These calipers creates excellent braking force.

These Superlite 6-piston calipers feature a unique six-piston configuration to help pad wear in light to heavy braking situations. This configuration also creates a highly efficient thermal barrier to reduce heat from the pads to the caliper body, seals, and fluid. These cooler temperatures help your caliper have a longer life, as well as less of a chance for pedal fade during heavy braking.

Wilwood includes a pair of Drilled and Slotted 2-Piece Rotors that are 12.88" in diameter, and will improve your brake response. These rotors have a specially engineered directional drilled and slot pattern design. This pattern prevents irregular brake pad compound build-up on the rotor surface, resulting in smoother engagement and revamped pedal response. These rotors will also contribute to lower rotating weight, and are finished with a black e-coat finish that helps protect against rust from occurring on the rotor surface.
