This engine fan will work on all 1965-1973 Mustangs with a 289 or 302 engine. Features:
- Standard Fan Rotation
- 5/8” Center Pilot Hole
- Red Fan Star
- Stainless Steel Blades
- Works on 1965-1973 Mustangs
- Fits 289 and 302 Engines

This 17” engine fan can cool down the radiator quicker due to the large diameter as well as the six blade configuration. This fan is designed with rigid stainless steel fan blades and a steel center star hub. Capable of handling high RPMs, this fan will help keep your Mustang's engine, related parts and components all cool and not overheat.

As you upgrade your Mustang, you're probably aware that the more performance accessories you add, the more heat is going to be produced. However, your Mustang is going to run more efficiently when it is cooler. Therefore, CJ Pony Parts recommends the cooling products offered by Flex-A-Lite that is available for every Ford Mustang on the road.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great Got one of these for my '72 ("Dee", short for dee-vorce car) and it was a no-brainer to get one for "Belle", my Katrina victim. Works perfectly and helps keep things cool in south Louisiana.

Product Questions

I have a 5.0 fuel injected on my 1965 Mustang, how can I know how to install the Flex fan correctly because fan runs counter clock wise ?

Asked by: Miguelito
You would have to use a stock style fan from the year range of the engine you are using like a fox body fan or an electric fan.
