Like all my other stuff I replaced in my 1996 Cobra I wanted those pedals. They look great and feeling good on my feets. Better than my 15 year old OEM parts. Installing it is really heavy! It's nothing you can do in 5 minutes and you need some tools and hot water to fix it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0TcTiPxSMw good step by step guidance
These came out really great, they give you an overall better feel than the cheap rubber factory ones. Definitely worth the money. Installation was pretty hard for the first brake/clutch pedal, but you have to place them in almost boiling water for about three minutes and then take them out and spray the pedals with windex. I used 2 screw drivers one had a big handle with a short stub at the end and it worked perfect.
I purchased the Ford Racing Pedal set since I like the Bullitt look. Received a great deal on these. CJ's had the lowest price. Other places had similar pedals, but they were not Ford Racing. A+ guys!
Obviously I bought these as an interior looks upgrade. The previous owner had put some autozone special light up pedals in. They ripped through my carpet. So, I finally bought some pedals, thinking they would only help appearance. I was wrong. The car felt all around better just because of how much better the pedals felt on my feet. Now, don't be thinking "O, install a few pedals...20 mins" because you have another thing coming. The brake and clutch pedal are extremely difficult to put on, but once the job is done, you can sit back and admire it so much. I have heard soapy water helps a lot, I did not use it though. Would reccomend these to anyone.
