Rated 5 out of 5 by Two 68 Cougars from Instrument voltage regualtor Great Product! Installed on my 1968 Cougar with original analog gauges, For the past 32 years the Temperature gauge read inaccurately, and the other analog indicators would bounce around and give poor readings. Problem solved with this solid state device. The Ford Shop Manual advised changing it by removing heater controls for access. I had success removing the entire instrument cluster and checking all the light bulbs , wiring, and ground connections.
