1967 Ford Mustang H-Pipes

H-pipes are a popular choice of mid-pipe for 1967 Mustangs for a few reasons. But the biggest is that they preserve the classic growl that '60s muscle cars are known for.

Classic Sound

H-pipes aren't as free-flowing as x-pipes. This design enables h-pipes to help produce more low-end torque, perfect for launching your classic Mustang. Additionally, the connecting tube in an H-pipe allows gas streams to cross between pipes whenever there are exhaust pulses. This helps to smooth out exhaust flow and allows the engine to work efficiently.

The sound produced by an H-pipe is a deeper, old-school tone. This is one of the reasons why h-pipes continue to be so popular today. Whether your '67 came stock with an h-pipe or you're adding one as part of your exhaust upgrade, you'll love the performance and sound you'll get from an h-pipe.
