AOD Conversion Kit for 1964-1966 Mustangs.
This AOD Conversion Kit is comprised of various individual parts that overhaul your 1964-1966 Mustang’s transmission. It allows you to switch to Automatic Overdrive (AOD) using an adjustable shift linkage (#ASL4) and a stainless steel carburetor bracket and spring combo (#SRK4000). The shift linkage comes with hardware while the bracket includes an Allen wrench and a tension screw to prevent excess movement. The kit also includes a crossmember (#T5C5) that is super lightweight and maintains access to all four (4) transmission mount bolts. The 28-spline driveshaft slip yoke (#T5Y) will connect the driveshaft to the engine's power, completing the conversion. You will also get a hi-tech AOD kickdown cable (#KCC32) with a stainless steel housing, as well as a transmission mount (#TM2253) that uses rubber bushings to decrease the amount of shifter vibrations felt during driving.

Please Note:
- This Slip Yoke will NOT work with Tremec 3550 or TKO transmissions.
- When installing a 1994 or newer T-5 Transmission this slip yoke will not work due to the larger input shaft diameter
