Baer Brakes Rear Brake System Pro-Plus 14" Silver With Park Brake 5 X 4.5 Bolt Pattern 9" Ford Axle

This Baer Brakes 14" Silver Pro-Plus Rear Brake System (4262152S) can be used on applications with a 5 X 4.5 Bolt Pattern and 9" Ford Axle. Upgrade from your outdated drum in hat park brake system to this modern system with a banksia 1-piece park shoe for better braking performance.

The Pro-Plus Rear Brake System features Baer's signature 6P 6-piston caliper machined specifically for rear applications. This two-piece forged caliper features six cross bolts for enhanced strength, along with smaller pistons to match the front brakes. In fact, a corresponding front brake system is also available from Baer so you can achieve an exact look front and rear. The calipers are complete with D.O.T.-approved dust and weather seals for your convenience.

Baer's caliper will mount to the included 14-inch slot, drill, zinc-plated rotor, but is also compatible with 13-inch rotors. This two-piece rotor comes pre-assembled and uses NAS high-grade stainless hardware. A 6061 T-6 billet aluminum hat is anodized black and then bolted to the rotor. 

Your brand-new system also features the C5 and C6 backing plate (1997-2012 Corvette) with brake pads (P/N D0731) for affordable pad replacement. The billet backing plate features a dual function: it acts as a caliper mount and houses the banksia one-piece park shoe.  The system comes with everything you need, including stainless steel brake hoses and fittings.
