BluePrint Engines 436 HP Long Block GM 383 Small-Block Crate Engine.
Give your ride solid power that’ll turn heads at stoplights via the GM 383 small-block crate engine! Engineered by BluePrint Engines, it brings dependable power to any street-driven restomod or classic muscle build. It’s tuned for a strong mid-range torque plus it has a 10.0:1 compression, great for pump gas. Designed to be driven hard and often, it features forged rods and hypereutectic pistons at its core.

- Connecting rods use OEM-type design and 150,000 PSI bolts
- Hypereutectic pistons for better strength and heat resistance
- Rotating assembly has externally balanced front and rear
- Hydraulic roller cam. for lower maintenance and better strength than flat tappet cam.
- Ignition timing: 10-16 degrees initial, 32-34 degrees total
- Includes mechanical fuel pump provision and passenger-side dipstick

Additional Notes:
- Not designed for EGR use.
- This engine features a true 4” bore, which mathematically yields 377 CID with a 3.75” stroke.
- The cylinder heads feature a .500" raised port vs OEM. Please verify header and exhaust clearance prior to installation.
