BluePrint Engines Deluxe Dressed 436-Horsepower Carbureted GM 383 Small-Block Crate Engine.
Give your restomod a muscular engine that fits the bill via the GM 383 small-block crate engine! This high-strength, cast-iron block comes precision engineered by BluePrint Engines. Built to stay strong under pressure, it’s tuned for a mid-range torque and boasts a 10:1 ratio. Meaning, it’s sharp and pump-gas friendly. Topped off with cast iron crankshaft and you get a build that’s strong but still streetable.

- Uses Holley Sniper 2 electronic fuel injection (EFI) system
- Built-in BluePrint Engines Muscle Series cylinder heads made of aluminum
- Cast iron crankshaft with 3.750" stroke and forged 5.700" rods
- Connecting rods use OEM-type design and 150,000 PSI bolts
- Hypereutectic pistons for better strength and heat resistance
- Rotating assembly: internally balanced front, externally balanced rear
- Hydraulic roller cam. for lower maintenance and better strength than flat tappet cam.
- Ignition timing: 34° total at 3500 RPM

Additional Notes:
- Not for use in pollution-controlled vehicles.
- This engine features a true 4” bore, which mathematically yields 377 CID with a 3.75” stroke.
- The cylinder heads feature a .500" raised port vs OEM. Please verify header and exhaust clearance prior to installation.
- The intake manifold will NOT clear a stock Corvette hood. However, you may call BluePrint Engines’ customer service for help with special build options.
