All Borla exhaust systems are made of high-quality aircraft grade stainless steel, including the Mandrel-bent pipes and these polish rolled stainless steel tips that come pretty well to the muffler making for a much easier installation. All of these systems are backed by a million-mile warranty.
Like I said before, Borla offers three different mufflers with their system. Shown here, is the Borla Touring muffler to provide performance without excessive sound. This will have a low growl to it and have no drone whatsoever on the highway.
In the middle of the sound spectrum, there's going to be the Borla S-type. The S-type's going to be again, a high-performance muffler with no drone on the highway, and have a much more aggressive sound than the touring muffler, but still be perfectly livable for daily driving. This is the Borla ATAK, the most aggressive sounding street muffler the Borla offers. ATAK stands for acoustically tunes applied kinetics. What that basically means is this muffler is specifically designed around the engineer or vehicle to have that aggressive sound, yet still provide no drone on highway speeds.
Not only does Borla engineer their mufflers to sound good, they engineer their systems to fit your vehicle properly, making for a much easier installation. Whether you're looking for the mild sound of the Borla GTouring or the aggressive sound of the ATAK, Borla has the perfect exhaust system for your Ford vehicle.
