This premium quality fuel tank is a direct replacement for all 1970 Mustangs but will fit in any 1967 or 1968 Mustang using the factory mounting locations, without any modifications. The tank is constructed of stainless steel and is made using original dimensions, measuring 32-5/8" x 24-1/2" x 9-3/4", with the correct 22-gallon capacity. Stainless steel will last for years to come and keeps a nice appearance which is great for show cars. A drain plug is included for easy drainage. This is the finest fuel tank on the market, period!

This conversion kit comes with a premium Fuel Tank Sending Unit that is specific for the 22-gallon fuel tank allowing for accurate fuel level gauge operation. The Fuel Tank Sending Unit features a 3/8" outlet tube and includes a plastic float, O-ring gasket, resistor, mounting plate and filter.
