The Original Steel brake lines are for the owner that is building a concours style Mustang. The stainless steel brake lines are a performance upgrade. - Original steel lines will give your Mustang a classic factory-original look, while the more modern stainless steel lines will rust less than the original steel.
- If you are doing a disc brake conversion on a drum brake car, it is recommended you order brake lines for your car’s original configurations. Many disc brake conversion kits are made to work with the original drum brake lines and may not match up to factory disc brake lines.
