LS Swap Crankshaft Pilot Extension for use with early non-LS GM Automatic Transmission.

This LS swap crankshaft pilot extension (4749E) ensures proper alignment and smooth operation with your vintage ride. It is an excellent addition to models with early GM automatic transmissions. This steel adapter sleeve correctly positions the torque converter pilot onto the rear of the crankshaft when mating an LS engine to a non-LS transmission. Perfect for short flange crank applications, this extension works with both OEM and aftermarket flexplates.
