This product will fit the following Mustang years:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Solution and Fit After battling overheating issue for months. I decided to replace my stock 2 row brass radiator with this aluminum 3 row. Car now runs a cool 165 degrees. It fit perfect with my stock 289 with a 3" fan spacer and stock fan. Looking to complement it with a better shroud now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Awesome This is the first review I have written for a product on CJ Pony Parts. The radiator installed easily and with no modification. It is a little thicker than the stock radiator. I have a 289 with a fan clutch and there was about a half inch of clearance once everything was installed. I had cooling problems with my car but this fixed it. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ideal for better performance and looks Perfect fit for normal flow. I dropped a 302 stroker with this 3 core and no shrowd cover and keeps the car cool in California weather. I'll have to wait until peak summer hits but I don't expect it to over heat with the 3 core.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from improved engine cooling Living in FL, and having to drive in rush hour traffic at times, was a challenge for the original radiator in my '66. A hole the old one prompted the switch. This new aluminum radiator looks great and my temp gauge needle appears to peg at the thermostat setting even in traffic. I bough brass plug fittings for the transmission cooling ports just because it looked more finished.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made, tight but perfect fit 1/2" clearance to the fan- 1965 Mustang 289. Had to play with getting it in with such a tight fit, but did not have to disassemble anything extra: just removed the old stock radiator and slipped this one in. Very pleased. Runs steady with my 180* thermostat without the old overheating issues when driving in summer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great and keeps it cool Engine was overheating when I bought it (In AZ!). In addition to swapping hoses, new thermostat and housing, I did the radiator. Now the car doesn't overheat and it looks great to boot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't bother. Get the Scott Drake 2 core This rad does not cool any better than the original and is very thick. Too thick to get anything larger than a 14" thermo fan in. Also the cap that came with this did not hold any pressure and leaked all the time. Don't waste your time or money.

I've got a 1965 Mustang with a 302 motor from a 1971 Ford Torino. The water pump comes out the driver side on my engine so the lower inlet location doesn't work with this setup. Is there a different radiator that I should be looking at to fit?
