This high-performance radiator is made entirely of aluminum from the tank to the core, and even the welds, without using any epoxy during assembly. With a full aluminum construction, this radiator is nearly 10-20 pounds lighter than copper or brass radiators. Not only will you gain from weight savings, but you can also expect much lower temperatures since aluminum is capable of dissipating heat a lot faster than copper or brass.

What really makes this radiator stand apart from the rest is the high density core which has cooling rows that are spaced 3/8" apart giving you 25 percent more rows than most aftermarket aluminum radiators and almost 35 percent more than OE copper radiators. This radiator also features 14-16 cooling fins per inch providing almost 1,500 more fins than other aluminum radiators and roughly 3,000 more than an OE copper radiator.

Please Note: This aluminum radiator is only for use with early small block Ford V8 engines such as 289, 302 or 351W.

Tech Tip: Although not required, a single 16" electric fan is highly recommended and has proven to work best with this core size.
