The all-new 421827 Roush Cold Air Intake Kit for the 2015-2017 EcoBoost Mustang is a far more efficient air-intake system than the standard factory air box. Cold air induction will allow for hidden potential in horsepower and fuel economy that would otherwise be constrained. A custom tune is NOT required as this Cold Air Intake Kit was engineered and tested specifically for the 2015-2017 2.3L EcoBoost Mustang. As a straight bolt on, with no tune, it’s possible to see gains of 29.6 horsepower and 27.89 lb-ft of torque, quite a significant increase.

Incorporated in this kit from Roush is the air filter with clamp, injection-molded lower air box/tray with installed EPDM foam hood seal, blow molded clean air tubes and all required mounting hardware. This kit will utilize all factory emissions and vacuum lines. Roush continuously uses all factory mounting locations and hardware to deliver a quick and easy installation. The dry air filter that Roush provides is verified to maintain its shape even under high airflow. It is comprised of an inner and outer layer of wire mesh for durability and offers dependable support for the filtration media. The included filter requires no oiling and is easily washable for years of worry-free use.
