Textured Black ABS Rear Window Louver Mustang Fastback 15-26

Rear window louvers were a real popular styling key in cars from the '60s all the way through into the late '90 era. If you love the look of window louvers and want to add that style to your S550 Mustang, today we're going to show you how.

Rear window louvers were always a great way to keep the temperatures down inside the car. A lot of the original ones were made from metal. These are made of a textured ABS plastic. They install easily to your rear window using these plates, which also makes them very easy to remove.

The louvers fit to the top corner where your roof and glass all come together here. What you're going to do is put it up in there. Grab the adhesion mode that's included. Now you don't want to touch that sponge so keep it in the wrapper. What you do is pick that up and just clean the whole area here where the stickers are going to go. What we're going to do now is peel back the double stick tape off the mounting plate and put it through ... Hold the stud, line it up, and press it down.

Now we can use the top one as a guide, and then we'll do the same thing with the bottom one, and then repeat the process on the other side. The last of the installation, these little thumb screws and washers. You can put the washer on the stud first and then thread this on. Install all six of those screws and your installation is finished.
