Is the pump itself on this kit the same pump that comes with the pspk1 part ?. I ordered the pspk2 but what I need is the pspk1 and rather than return it I am wondering if I could just use the pump and pulley itself ?

Asked by: Rap68
The pump would be the same but the mounting brackets would be wrong.

Multiple different answers here. Will this work as a stock pump replacement without changing any other equipment to the Borgeson setup? some previous answers say yes some say no which is it?

Asked by: Beefstyr
You can use this power steering pump as a replacement for the stock pump, you will need HW3409 fitting to adapt to the stock pressure line.

Hi, I've done a Windsor conversion into a 58 Thunderbird and was looking at using this pump with the factory tbird power steering rack. Is this possible and do you ship to Australia. Thanks.

Asked by: chris58

I have a 1965 289v8 Mustang with a stock Ford pump that's worn. All other components of the system (slave cylinder, steering box, hoses, etc.) are all in in great shape. Can I install this pump as a straight replacement without replacing other components?

Asked by: Jones
Yes, this can replace a stock pump without touching those other components.
