All ports are precisely fitted and finished with sturdy, leak proof O-ringed port seals, and all Flowtech Headers include all mounting hardware including bolts, nuts and premium gaskets.

These factory style mufflers sound great with the Flowtech Long Tube Headers. The H-Pipe is designed to mate with the long tube headers that are offered in this kit. All the other pipes in this kit are constructed out of aluminized steel which helps fight against corrosion.

Dual Exhaust 2.25" With Flowtech Headers Kit 289/302 1965-1970 is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not fit Bought this for my 68, header worked but exhaust pipe kit with h pipe didn't. H pipe cross piece to short with out cutting. Hanger won't work on factory connections. Total waste of money

I have a highly optioned 68 Convertible that includes PS. Other offered kits, mention the need for part (SCB) to lower, etc. Will this kit (EXK2C) fit clean without any modifications?

Asked by: epalmer
You may need the slave cylinder drop bracket (SCB) in order to clear the headers.

Will these headers work with gt40p heads?

Asked by: 66mustangcoupe
Those headers will not work. There are a few company's that make headers for that application, if you do a google search you will find them.

I really like the sound of the Flo Master exhaust. Is this system like that kind of sound??

Asked by: Rod 1947
No, it's not. Flowmaster's sound is pretty unique to their products, and this isn't a Flowmaster exhaust.
