This ACCELATEC 3" Stainless Steel Downpipe with a Catalytic Converter is made out of stainless steel and features a durable 4" flex section and a 2-bolt v-band flange. It uses a Magnaflow 200 Cell Count High-Flow Catalytic Converter, and it also includes all of the hardware you'll need to install it. But you won't just get the downpipe and hardware! You'll also get 3" gaskets that match your stock or aftermarket cat-back system and a 3" extension pipe that fits with MBRP cat backs that have a 2.5" reducer. When you're ready to install it, you'll use the original mounting points and you can reuse both of your O2 sensors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Same as COBB or MBRP for 200 bucks less, Great Buy I bought this when it was on sale for $360 and it was such a good deal compared to all of the other catted downpipes on the market. The install was straight forward and simple, hardest part was disconnecting the O2 sensors and wiggling the stock pipe out. The downpipe fitment was spot on and the quality is great with it being 100% 304SS. l loaded the Cobb Stage 3 OTS tune after the install and all is good. The car sounds great and definitely has more power, I am still running the stock cat back with no issues or drone. Great work CJ Pony Parts! You the man Bill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Downpipe I purchased this with roush exhaust and cpe stage 2 motor mount did it all at once. The old downpipe was a bear to get out and disconnect and reconnect to turbo flange. but once go it all back together. its amazing. really effected turbo lag and throttle response. car on WOT is crazy loud. one draw that im working on fixing is the exhaust drone. this probly from the muffler delete from roush. trying this weekend a j-pipe install at end right before exhaust tips like other companies have. hopefully gets rid or reduces drone between 2500 to 3400 rpms. BTW i have the Ford Racing Pro cal and so far no codes or engine lights with this high flow cat, which i was a bit apprehensive of. raced it last weekend. ran 9.5 @ 79 mph on 1/8th mile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NO CEL without a tune Iv had it installed on my 2017 Focus St for about 700 miles now and this bad boy hasn't given me any issues. Been running it without a tune and its been awesome. Waiting on cobb to come out with support for the 2017 ST.This paired with a MBRP cat back sounds nice. I can hear the turbo spoil at all RPMs and you can tell the motor is able to breath and get rid of exhauste a lot easier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic product I have had this on for about 3 weeks and I love it. This downpipe compliments my Ford/Borla catback perfectly and the sound is just perfect. I read some of the other reviews and noticed that some had issues with fitting the pipe and smell but this was not the case with me, no smell and it fits perfectly. There was no check engine light even without a tune. I'm currently running a custom tune from FSWERKS and the difference is more than noticeable, mostly in the 5000-6000rpm (exactly where the stock setup runs out of breath). Even just driving around town the car feels smoother and peppier. Props to CJ PonyParts for making a great product at an affordable price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product, small fitment issue Bought this product because it is Catted and you should care for the environment. Its a 200 cell so its pretty free flowing to begin with. I've had it installed now for 4 months no check engine lights or issues. Only issue I had while installing was the hangers. They are positioned alittle to close together for oem spot to match up. I had to literally force it onto the rubber hangers. It did go in. Then I had to saw alittle of the hanger off so it wouldn't touch the frame. It was maybe 1/4" to long. You don't want this touching at all or your NVH will be extreme! I have a 17 focus st btw other than that its perfect. First 100 miles or so it will stink because of break in but it does go away.

The pipe is not exactly the same dimensions as the stock pipe and it caused me to have to re-adjust my catback. Other than that it’s been great, nice increase in sound, including lots more cracks and gurgles. I have no CEL on the stock tune I believe this is manufactured my MBRP but don’t quote me on that. It’s well made and I’d totally buy it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Extra Power! This part was added to my 2014 Focus ST along with a COBB CAI and a Stage 1 tune via COBB Accessport. The power gain from this downpipe is very noticeable! The exhaust (stock) also sounds a bit deeper. The one downside is that if I engage 1st gear from a stop at less than 2000PRM I get a LOT of vibration in the car. It's almost a bit too unrefined but it does smooth out nicely at cruising speeds.

On my 2018 ST and noticed that everytime im at a stop and start going, it rattles like crazy and everytime i swtich gears it rattles like crazy. When i have my A/C turned on and im just idling, there is the most unbearable rattling. Any suggestions?

This does not require a tune. It shouldn't turn on the check engine light. Unless the product in question is directly responsible for an issue, your warranty should remain intact. Read up on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act for more details.

You shouldn't need a tune but if the check engine light would come on you would need a custom tune. I would suggest a custom tune.

Is there a big difference preformance wise from catted to catless? I don’t know witch one to go with. I’m afraid if I go catless it will be louder then what I want. I’m running he injen 3” exhaust now
