MBRP Aluminized Series 3" Cat-Back Exhaust System for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Focus ST.

MBRP created the Aluminized Series cat-back for the cost conscious consumer. The Aluminized Series' low price is feasible due to the heavy gauge aluminized steel. Although the material used is different from other MBRP exhaust, the same high-quality design and craftsmanship is used. Seams are a major point of rust through with some budget systems but MBRP's fully sealed tubing adds years to your system. Expect high-performance gains from the Aluminized Series exhaust just like all MBRP products. The full 3" cat-back will produce a fantastic growl to set your Focus ST apart from others. Aluminized Series exhaust is suitable for areas with moderate environmental conditions.

Increase the output of your 2.0L Ecoboost engine by upgrading the Focus ST exhaust with a full 3" cat-back. The main focus of the Aluminized Series is to provide the cost conscious consumer with the same high-quality design and craftsmanship as MBRP's other systems but at a value price. Aluminized Series exhaust systems are made from 100% heavy gauge aluminized steel. Aluminized h-pipes are suitable for areas with moderate environmental conditions. For those needing an exhaust system that can handle the harshest road conditions, a step up to the XP Series would be in order. A polished mirror finish makes the underside of your Focus ST as attractive as the exterior. Polished dual wall T304 stainless steel tips exit the center of the rear bumper.

Please Note: Ford designed the 2015 Focus ST with four exhaust hangers but only added three on the factory exhaust system. All aftermarket exhaust systems are built to use that fourth exhaust hanger. CJ Pony Parts recommends the purchase of COBB’s Polyurethane Exhaust Hanger Kit (591001).

Each exhaust system is designed with the lowest bend degree angles and smooth mandrel bends so exhaust gasses have an easier exit path. This creates faster moving exhaust gasses, reduces exhaust gas temperatures and flows much better than the stock exhaust. Hundreds of test miles and hundreds of hours are invested into every MBRP system to provide you with the best sound and best performance improvement. Rigorous testing procedures ensure every component will fit as expected. MBRP designs their exhaust kits to be user-friendly with simple bolt-on installation. Includes installation instructions.

So what are you waiting for? Order an MBRP Aluminized Series 3" Cat-Back Exhaust System for your 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018 Focus ST from CJ Pony Parts today!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from POOR QUALITY CONTROL I order this for my 2014 Ford Focus because of the design for sound. I received the kit and unpacked it to install as I was installing I follow the instructions and started from the front to tighten everything down, the muffler would not tighten down all the way due to no slot in the exhaust to allow the pipe to seal. So exhaust leak. I had to cut thee slot in both ends of the muffler to allow the pipe to seal. MBRP told me only in the stainless kit is that done. Not good. I am still not done the tailpipe sizes were off and could not slide one of the exhaust tips on the pipe. Passenger side larger diameter then the driver. POOR QUAILTY CONTROL. so far no help for th Canadian Company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Exhaust On A Budget! I had already made the decision on the MBRP exhaust from reviews on different forums but was holding back do to cost. I found they made this aluminized version and went for it! I live in eastern NC and don't have to deal with much sea air or road salt so I didn't need the stainless steel setup. The only shortcoming here is the sleeved connections. I ended up cutting small slits in the ends of the parts that sleeve over to get a more snug connection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dat' Sound Tho' I bought this about one month ago, and have loved every second of it. You really get a great turbo sound through the exhaust, and even better with its easy install. I gives a nice "Vroom" to the car with out sounding overly cheezy or "Ricy". It also feels significantly lighter on the car and by my guess takes off about 15-18 pounds. Hearing other Focus ST exhaust in person, this one easily takes the cake. Highly suggest you pick it up for a true America Hot Hatch Sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic sound. Just installed my new MBRP exhaust and couldn't be any happier. Fantastic sound, improved throttle response. Haven't had the car on the dyno so can't verify a power increase, but car feels a little quicker. Not sure if that's because throttle feels more responsive or torque curve has changed slightly. Either way car feels a little quicker and the note is deep and booming for a 2.0L turbo. Also much lighter than stock system and looks way, way cooler. Installed in about an hour with basic tools.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not too obnoxious I’ve had it installed for a few days and I love it! Not too loud but just right, the main reason I went with MBRP was because I didn’t want drone and it was the best decision! Although if you want something crazy loud this might not be for you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mbrp exhaust Like the exhaust but the fitment was pretty bad could not get two of the exhaust clamps to close had to take the exhaust off again from the down pipe back to the axel over section and weld it together for a seal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Great product, sounds nice and deep. The bad thing was the packaging. One of my tips was bent at the end due to horrible packaging from the manufacturer.

Do we get a choice of the Chrome or black tips with this exhaust?

Asked by: Gonedeep43
You can either buy the tips separately, listed below in the related items, or you can go with the XP series in 409 Stainless Steel which we offer with the black tips: http://www.cjponyparts.com/mustang-parts/p/S4200409BLK/

Will the ECU step in and limit power after this exhaust is installed? I've read about the ECU re-calibrating after mods.

Asked by: Ben_E
No changes will happen after the installation of a cat-back.
