Whether you're tuning your 2013-2018 Focus ST up for the track on the weekends or the road during the week, this AWE 3015-32092 3" Stainless Steel Non-Resonated Touring Edition Cat-Back Exhaust System with Diamond Black Tips will get you the performance you're looking for. Available in resonated or non-resonated, this direct bolt-on, straight-through, drone-free exhaust systems is truly a masterpiece. AWE's proprietary drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology, producing a drone-free, aggressive tone throughout the entire range is applied to your new exhaust system to produce the sound you're looking for.
Constructed of 3” handcrafted .068” wall T304L stainless steel, this cat-back exhaust system features 4” double-walled exhaust tips with a diamond black finish. The clean, straight-through, non-baffled design boosts the performance and speed of your Focus ST. With an engine that ranges from factory stock running on 93 octane fuel to a 2.0L turbo engine you can expect power gains between 5hp and 6 feet per pounds of torque and 7hp at 3100RPM and 12 feet per pounds of torque at 2750RPM at the crank.
As exhaust gasses exit your ST’s 2.0T engine and flow into an AWE 180 Technology equipped resonator, they move through strategically located ports and settle in reflection chambers. Sound waves, carried by these exhaust gasses, bounce off the walls of the reflection chambers. You are in control of when the sound waves exit the chambers by controlling the size and location of the ports and the chambers themselves. The specific timing of when the reflected sound waves rejoin the main exhaust flow creates a 180 degree out-of-phase sound wave that cancels out problematic frequencies.
Performance, sound, fitment, options, all perfectly in focus with the AWE 3" Stainless Steel Touring Edition Cat-Back Exhaust System with Diamond Black Tips for your 2013-2018 Focus ST.

Intermediate skill is required for this installation.
The AWE tuning touring exhaust for Focus ST is made of three inch 304 stainless steel featuring all mandrel bend. Comes with a touring system muffler and it's available with your choice of two different four inch double wall tips. It's available in a polished chrome finish or also available in their diamond black, black chrome coating.
For this installation, you'll need lift or a jack and jack stands, 3/8 ratchet, 12 millimeter socket, 14 millimeter socket, 15 millimeter socket, T-40 Torx bit, 14 millimeter wrench, exhaust hanger removal tool, Sawzall, and safety glasses.
Now if you're subscribed to our channel, you probably recognize this Focus ST as our SEMA car. So, already it had an aftermarket exhaust on it. To get the factory exhaust off the car though, you unbolt from the down pipe, remove the cross member back here. Cut the pipe right here, then pull it all off. Now what you'll wanna do here, you have to reuse the factory gasket. We'll put a bolt up in place. We'll hang the gasket on and bring the pipe over. Just do a thread or two, just to hold it on. Slide the gasket up.
Just get it hand tight, so we can make some adjustments later. Now we're going to put a clamp on the mid pipe here. Fix the over axle pie through. It's going to be a little bit tough to get through here, sort of got to fidget around with it. It will fit, I promise. Fit the pipe in the hanger and then connect to the mid pipe. Now we'll just snug the clamp up for now, make adjustments later.
Alright, we're ready to install the muffler now. We're going to put a clamp on here and also put the hanger on here. Then put it up into place. Now we're going to tighten everything up and make adjustments before working on the tips. Now we can install our diamond black tips. Make any other necessary adjustments, then reinstall the cross brace and your installation's finished.
Okay, our AWE tuning touring system is installed. Let's hear how it sounds. The diamond black tips from an AWE tuning touring edition exhaust really look good on our Focus ST. The system sounds great as well. I will tell you it is a little bit louder than I thought it would be. This car does have an aftermarket down pipe, but it has a cat on it so it's not going to get that much louder than stock. Next up will be the track edition, I can only imagine what that's going to sound like. But overall the installations pretty straight forward. Give yourself about two hours, be back on the road in no time.
