BBK Shorty Headers 1-3/4" Tuned-Length Titanium Ceramic Mustang GT 2011-2014

The BBK R&D department developed this header with one thing in mind—getting even more horsepower and torque out of the all-new 5.0 liter Mustang that is already putting out nearly twice the horsepower of its 5.0 predecessor! Initial testing of the Titanium Ceramic 1-3/4" Tuned-Length Shorty Headers (1632) is showing gains of around 14 horsepower with the high flow after cat X pipe. It's a must-have for 2011-2014 GT Mustangs!

This all-new rugged BBK header design is constructed with 1-3/4" CNC Mandrel-Bent tubing and solid 3/8" laser-cut exhaust flanges. The headers feature a high-temperate titanium ceramic finish that prevents corrosion, increasing durability, and creating a thermal barrier. This will reduce underhood temperatures that can thwart horsepower gains, in turn improving your exhaust system's performance. All headers include a set of new gaskets, required hardware, and detailed instructions for installation.

Please Note: Ford changed the thread pitch on the header bolts midway through productions. 5.0L Mustangs made from March 2010-August 2010 require fine thread header bolts, 5.0L Mustangs made after August 2010 require coarse thread bolts. BBK includes bolts for either application. It is VERY important to make sure that you use the correct bolts, serious damage can be caused by using the wrong bolts.
