The Chevrolet Performance HT383E (19435449) is a strong upgrade for trucks that originally came with a small-block 350. With 323 horsepower, a forged 4340 steel stroker crank, and a hydraulic roller camshaft, it delivers better torque and stronger pulling power without changing the character of your classic truck. This engine is designed to keep the swap economical by allowing you to reuse key components from your original 350 like the intake manifold, throttle body, and exhaust manifolds. A brand-new 4-bolt-main cast-iron block and Vortec-style iron heads provide the durability you want for work, street driving, and off-road use. It also includes a new water pump and vibration dampener that are commonly replaced during a rebuild.

- Comes with 12.750" externally balanced 153-tooth automatic transmission flexplate. Requires externally balanced flywheel for manual transmission.
- Has right-side dipstick.
- Distributor with melonized steel gear MUST be used with long-blocks and partial engines with steel camshafts, or engine damage will occur.
