The exterior power mirror switch is located in the middle panel of the center console in your 1987-1993 Mustang. When you are unable to adjust your exterior mirrors, the switch is most likely the culprit. Gain back control of your exterior mirrors again with this reproduction power mirror switch. White arrows are present on each directional button as well as an "L" for the driver side mirror and "R" for the passenger side mirror.
