These cool white LED is going fit the fog light housings in the 94-04 GT as well as your 94 through 01 Cobra. The case of our 01 Bullet does have the Cobra front bumper on it, but the lights are going to be the same. The installation is very straightforward. The LED is going to be a lot brighter with a much cooler light and also last a lot longer.
The installation is going to be pretty much as easy as it gets. You can usually do this on the ground unless the car is slammed. Just reach up inside, turn counterclockwise, remove the existing bulb and disconnect from the harness. Now plug in our new LED bulb, make sure it does click, it will be a lot tighter, then reinstall. Push in and turn it clockwise.
We installed the passenger light first. You can see what a dramatic difference the LED upgrade's going to make over the stock lighting. It's a much truer, whiter light. It's going to be a lot brighter and make it much easier to see at night. Now, with the LED headlights, the lighting on our Bullet is just as good as anything from the market now.
Here you can see a huge difference with the headlights on. Again, the driver's side is all original lighting for 01. Passenger side, modern LED.
I know there's no way of watching this video without saying "Damn, that looks good." The LED fog lights made a huge difference in the front of our 2001 Bullet. The best part, the installation takes a couple minutes and you're back on the road in no time.
