Ford Racing teamed up with K&N Engineering to design this 4 ply panel filter to flow approximately 22% more than your S197's stock filter at 1.5" H2O delta pressure. This K&N Air Filter is 100% made in the USA and it will give you an approximate increase of 9 peak horsepower (up to 4lb-ft over stock). It will also filter out harmful contaminants, protecting your engine. The filter is durable and reusable. You can clean it and then re-oil it. Installation is simple because the air filter is a drop-in replacement.

K&N teamed up with Ford Performance to produce this high performance drop-in air filter, that's going to fit your 2010 through 2014 GT, along with your 2011 through 2014 V6, and 2012 through 2013 Boss 302. It is a high flow synthetic material that's going to be reusable. It can be cleaned and then re-oiled. Basically, it's a lifetime filter. This is a drop in filter that'll fit in your factory air box and produce up to 9 horsepower over a factory style filter.
This K&N filter is a drop in replacement for the factory filter and will not require any modifications or tuning.
