This direct-fit front frame rail is one solid, single piece of high-quality sheet metal. It includes both the inner and outer full front frame rail pieces that have already been welded together into one complete front frame rail. The sway bar mount is already welded into place and installed to the side of the frame rail as well. This OEM-style complete frame rail will replace the inner and outer frame rails on your classic Mustang that have been damaged or rusted. Installation will be extensive and we highly recommend having a professional install this frame rail for you.
Tech Tip: The position of the sway bar is correct for 1967-1970 Mustangs. Mustang owners with 1965-1966 models will need to modify the sway bar and move it an inch and a half forward.
Please Note: This Complete Front Frame Rail will fit on the passenger side only. A Driver Side Complete Front Frame Rail (M363L) is also available.

Starting in the front there's a proper hole for the J-nut for your front valance hardware. Both holes for your front bumper bracket are predrilled, and the nuts are welded for mounting on the inside. The holes for your brake and fuel line clips are already installed, as well as the holes for your steering box. On the top of the frame rail, both holes are already drilled for your clutch linkage and have welded nuts for mounting.
Moving further down, your strut bar and sway bar mount is already welded to the frame rail. That's welded in the proper location for a '67 through '70 Mustang. If you're installing this frame rail on a '65 through '66, you'll have to move this an inch and a half forward. Moving to the bottom of the frame rail you'll see drilled and threaded holes for both your cross member and your slave cylinder.
Due to the unibody design of our Mustang, the front frame rail is a very important part of the structure. You want to make sure you use a high quality replacement, such as our one piece rail, and we suggest having it professionally installed.
