Headlight covers are very easy to install. However, there is a trick, you want to be careful when you install them. First of all, you want to have the hood open for sure. The trick comes in right here above your headlight seal. This top piece here, if you have it just resting on the seal, this is going to be loose. You have to actually get this in here underneath the front part of the bumper here. Then, when you push the bottom in, it'll fit tightly and not move around. If you push that underneath there, line up everything else, and push, it will pop on and stay nice and tight. Here's comparison on the passenger side. Just showing if you don't get this underneath the top and sort of pop it on, you can see it doesn't fit tight. It's going to be loose. It's not going to look right. You've got to make sure the top has to go on first, and has to go underneath the bumper cover. When you press the bottom on it'll be a nice tight fit and not come off.
The GTS Covers give a nice blacked out look to the front of the fox body Mustang, and also protect your headlights. I would suggest though, if you're driving at night pop the covers off, so you can see a lot better. The smoked cover will give a lot less light output than the factory set-up. Installation is very easy, and they should last for a long time.
