These Hawk Performance Front and Rear HP Plus Brake Pads will meet your Mustang's extreme needs that it requires to make the most of its racing abilities! They are made with a unique Ferro-Carbon formulation that provides an extremely high friction coefficient by lowering wear rates and offering higher torque values than other materials. This allows them to put out less dust and noise as you brake. They also utilize a new HP+ compound that will maximize stopping power during repetitive braking and cornering while decreasing rotor wear on your new Talon Rotors! These rotors are made with a DTC curved slot design that matches OE specifications and weights. They are balanced with CNC-programmed, precision-milled slots and a cross-drilled design that combine to improve various issues such as thermal efficiency, heat dissipation, and wet braking. This design also lessens harmonic resonance issues and keeps a clean pad surface that is free from debris!

Tech Tip: Hawk Performance burnishes its brake pads as a final step in the factory, but all brake pads have to be bedded-in with the rotors (new or used) that they will be used against. Properly bedding-in new brake pads results in a transfer film being generated at the pad and rotor interface to maximize brake performance.
